Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation up to 48hrs before Check In Time.
2. 100%  amount will be charged / No refund for Cancellations initiated less than 48hrs prior to Check in time.

Child Policy without Extra Bed

1. Children below 5 yrs will not be charged for breakfast.
2. Children between 5yrs and 10yrs will be charged Rs.250/- for breakfast.
3. Children above 10yrs will be charged Rs.350/- per breakfast.

Accommodation Policy

A. Deluxe Two Bedroom Cottage I Standard Two Bedroom Cottage

1. Standard Accommodation is for 4 Pax in Deluxe & Standard Two Bedroom Cottages
2. Maximum of 3 Extra Beds can be provided at extra cost of Rs.750/- per bed per night

B. Super Deluxe Rooms I Deluxe Rooms I Standard Rooms

1. Standard Accommodation is for 2 pax.
2. One Extra Bed can be provided at extra cost of Rs.750/- per bed per night.

Other Policies

1. Check In Time is 2pm and Check Out Time is 11am.
2. Early Check In & Late Checkout is subject to availability.
3. We do not serve Alcohol & Cigarettes to guests.
4. Rooms are held until 6pm on day of arrival unless informed earlier of late check in or guaranteed by advance payment.
5. Cancellation, Child, Accommodation & Other Policies will vary for Packages & Special days.
